We're Looking for our Next Human Resource Associate

Application Deadline: April 30th, 2021

Ascend HR Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resource Associate to join its growing team. This is a full-time position based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick.

How we’ll create a company culture that matters to you

Our approach is simple yet effective. We generally use a 4-phase method to assess your company’s needs, to create your customized plan, and help you through the entire implementing process required to create a company culture that will support you and your employees to thrive and grow.

Are we the Right Fit for you? Here's What We Do...

At Ascend, we offer an HR perspective that is founded in entrepreneurship and the desire for long-term success. We help businesses by creating HR solutions and cultural company changes that deeply matter to their employees and business strategy. We stay by their sides throughout the entire process, by means of coaching, advisory, training and execution to ensure their team will succeed.

Most of our clients have put their life’s work into building their businesses. Their operations run smoothly and aren’t their problem. The fact of the matter is: their employees are struggling.

Their teams are growing dissatisfied, complaints have increased, and people are less engaged.  Their HR structures aren’t working as they should, which means our clients are stuck constantly putting out fires and not doing what they love.

This is our specialty. We create impactful HR solutions based on winning business principles for their companies. We help them build a company culture that’ll not only support their business to reach its goals, but will help their people thrive, creating a bigger impact on their company’s success, long term.
